"Step Into Homeownership with the Right Documents."
When applying for a housing loan in the Philippines, banks generally require proof of identity, income, and financial capacity. For locally employed borrowers, this means providing employment records and payslips. OFWs need to show work contracts, passports, and a Special Power of Attorney, while business owners must present tax returns and permits to prove stable business operations. Banks may also ask for marriage or civil status documents, proof of billing, and payment arrangements for equity and amortization.
Preparing these documents early helps ensure a smooth, faster approval process and increases your chances of securing bank financing for your dream home.
